This list is not entirely accurate; Claymont is an incorporated town. Delaware is strange in that it has relatively few incorporated areas and much space which is unincorporated. On the other hand, many unincorporated areas are known by their development or neighborhood names, hence the census designations. - ZSpinal 01:13, 20 Nov 2004 (UTC)
