Vanity?

[edit]

Following edit by 84.9.13.98 which removed vanity template, I have reverted this edit as I believe that this article needs discussion. I invite user User_talk:84.9.13.98 to discuss the possibility that this is a encyclopedic entry. This article is severly lacking sources in my opinion. --Scott 20:37, 19 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Although I have never met the person or know anybody who has, and cannot guarantee the accuracy of the article, I live in the north west of England and I have heard of him as a reigning chess champion. As a result, whether created by this person or not, Stephen Gordon should be deemed important enough to have an article on him. Apologies for the lack of previous dicscussions. 84.9.13.98

I have added the unreferenced template in place of the vanity one. Perhaps another editor can back up this article. Thank you for your input. --Scott 20:57, 19 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
