According to who? How do you judge what is most famous? I've never even heard of it myself. The reason I raise the question is that I've had pages that I've created or worked on moved to a disambiguation page even when no other article existed with that name - and probably won't. So, if fame is the deciding factor - what standard is used to determine "the most famous," and is that standard used all of the time?
