expansion of the critisim section of article.

I think an aspect if fmri that is not adequately covered in this article is its criticisms.

for example, the fact that fMRI is not that good at drawing conclusions on the behavior of individual people due to poor reliability.


also that over 50% (that is a generous figure) of the brain activity is lost due to very poor temporal resolution.

it takes 1msec (=milisecond) for a neuron to send a spike (single electrical pulse) and its been found statisticly that a neurons can send a "sentance" or series of spikes that convay meaningfull information to other neurons within 10-20 msec. fmri takes 1 image per 3 whole seconds and fmri has been critisised for this. — Preceding unsigned comment added by RJJ4y7 (talkcontribs) 15:57, 16 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
