Why are capital letters used in this term? Is it because someone thought Wikipedia article titles should be capitalized (the opposite of what is conventional here) or because in the computer field it's obligatory to spell all words with capital initial letters? Nobody answered the above, so I've changed them to lower-case and moved the article accordingly, and fixed the links. Michael Hardy 23:20, 24 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

DRG and USGS

Is DRG restricted to USGS use, as described in this article, or has it a wider meaning. I think that many GIS raster formats may be grouped under this generic name, and therefore the USGS DRG files are only a sample of these kind of files.
