"licensed only to commercial software"? So you can't use the protocol in a linux-based system? - Omegatron 15:02, May 23, 2005 (UTC) The page said "proprietary" software, because you can't use it if you want to disclose your/their source. ◗●◖ falkreon (talk) 03:29, 9 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

The article mentions "mixer applications" and "synth applications". What's the difference? Is there an article about that? Khullah (talk) 03:31, 20 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the comment. It's all patched up. The main hurdle that remains is finding a place to cite the Terms of Use for the license. I can't find the PDF in a publicly accessible location; you can only get it if you register on their site. I found indirect evidence to support it at http://wiki.audacityteam.org/index.php?title=Features_We_Can't_Implement

Hope that helps. ◗●◖ falkreon (talk) 03:28, 9 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
