Moved from RC patrol:

  • Rufus King (diff) Britannica says March 24.
    • All sources point to March 24, so I've reverted 66.119.33.135's edit. --Minesweeper 06:42, Feb 13, 2004 (UTC)

Missouri Compromise and Rufus King

Just wanted to add King's contribution to the debate over slavery in Congress.

Coat of Arms

[edit]

Does anyone know what his coat of arms means and where it was found? — Preceding unsigned comment added by I Don't Want To Show My IP Adress (talkcontribs) 14:25, 14 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Descendants

[edit]

Looking through the list of descendants, I see Archibald Gracie III. He seems to have been the nephew by marriage of King's son Charles. As such I'm not sure he qualifies as a "descendant." So I've changed the name of the section to "descendants and relatives."Sylvain1972 (talk) 19:09, 1 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

What he did

[edit]
