- Assuming it's technically a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) What specific species? Probably many different variations. Whatever was present in the atmosphere and vinegar at the time? Gropo 21:24, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
Kombucha and MoV
[edit]Is there any evidence to suggest that kombucha has Mother of Vinegar origins?
