The Revols

[edit]

The article currently says that Manuel was fifteen years old when he and three friends formed what became The Revols, yet the caption on the photo of the band claims it's from 1957. If Manuel was born in 1943, he would have been only 14 at the time. I'm guessing that the date of the photo is wrong. 89.27.16.4 (talk) 15:06, 6 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I checked the description on the photo's page itself and it says 1958, so, I changed the description on this page to that. Thanks. - tSR - Nth Man (talk) 16:02, 22 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Helm on songwriting credits

[edit]

I think the space devoted to Levon Helm's disquisition on Band songwriting credits is disproportionate here considering that it does not address Richard Manuel in particular (and merely demonstrates Helm's inability to grasp the simple distinction between performing and arranging on the one hand and songwriting on the other). Orphaned references in Richard Manuel

[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Richard Manuel's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 03:51, 31 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
