Deia says:

[...]diez soldados del ejército vasco o Euzkadiko Gudarostea (no confundir con Euzko Gudarostea, que era el Departamento de Milicias Vascas del PNV).
[...]ten soldiers of the Basque army or Euzkadiko Gudarostea (not to be confused with Euzko Gudarostea, that was the Department of Basque Militias of the EAJ-PNV).

However in eu:Eusko Gudarostea:

Hasiera batean "Eusko Gudaroste" izena EAJren miliziak soilik izendatzeko erabiltzen zen, baina Euskadiren Autonomia Estatutua onartu ondoren Eusko Jaurlaritzaren menpeko gudaroste osoa izendatzera pasa zen,[...]
At the beginning, the name "Eusko Gudaroste" was used to name only the militias of EAJ-PNV, but after passing the Autonomy Act of the Basque Country, it came to name the whole army under the control of the Basque Government.

The Spanish Wikipedia distinguishes in es:Euzko Gudarostea:

Con posterioridad pasó a ser conocido como Cuerpo de Ejército de Euzkadi y posteriormente XIV Cuerpo de Ejército,
Later it came to be known as Army Corps of the Basque Country and later 14th Army Corps,

Some expert on the war could include the name changes in the article. --Error (talk) 17:50, 1 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
